Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-8 business days depending on shipping method. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-8 business days for $8.99.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days for $10.99.
Shipping Rates on bundle deals will be higher due to the combined weight of the products in the bundle.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States and selected international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: DNA Creative Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Damages: DNA Creative Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately at support@dnacreativedesigns.com. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.
