Return and Refund Policy

At DNA Creative Designs, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy to make things right.

Returns: Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were simply ordered incorrectly (e.g., wrong size, color, or design). However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. We will offer a free reprint or a refund for the affected item.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. We will offer a free reprint or a refund for the affected item.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If an order is being returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Print Tolerance: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
